Michelle brings 10 years of personal and group training experience along with 2 decades of working in Emergency Medical Services as an Advanced Care Paramedic. Juggling two careers and a family while continuing to pursue her own ambitions in fitness and sport, Michelle has developed an understanding of the challenges involved in managing your fitness goals. Michelle is here to coach you step by step to reach your health and training aspirations.
Training sessions are avaliable 1 on 1, semi-private, or small group - it's your choice! Michelle offers sessions in a private setting either in studio, outdoors, or in your home - all with individual attention to your specific goals.
Michelle is a Certified Personal Trainer, NWS, and has specialized courses in pre and post natal training as well as human performance training. She has been strength training throughout her adult life, is a former CBBF Figure Competitor (World Qualifier) and a Boston Marathon Qualifier. Michelle currently trains for indoor rock climbing and stand up paddleboarding.
